Key Principles
Host App (Super App)
The host app is a native mobile application built on platforms such as iOS, Android, or other frameworks like React Native or Flutter. If a host app wants to enhance its functionality, it can leverage Boxo’s technologies to accelerate this process. Boxo enables host apps to add value for their users by introducing new functionalities and creating additional revenue streams within the app.
SDK for iOS and Android platforms
By integrating Boxo’s SDK, the host app can seamlessly launch dozens of miniapps within the app, providing a native-like experience for users.
Current SDK sizes:
Android SDK - 392 kb
iOS SDK - 5.9 MB
The team is continuously working to improve the product by reducing the SDK sizes for each platform.
Exploring miniapps in Showroom for the host app
Once you register on the Boxo Platform, click Showroom on the left side of the Dashboard to view the full list of miniapps. Each miniapp has a unique App ID, which you’ll need during the integration process. Familiarize yourself with the miniapps and ensure that their terms are acceptable before proceeding with the integration.
Client ID
client_id - is a unique id of your host app on Boxo.
